||The FCE curriculum aims to empower students with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required in order to maintain good health and sound organisational skills from a young age.
Student-centered pedagogies and teaching strategies are adopted to enhance student competencies in building self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision-making, social awareness and relationship management through the use of current and relevant online platforms such as the Google Classroom, Student Learning Space, and Social Media.
Students will also be equipped with a variety of culinary skills and be exposed to recipes of different cultures, allowing them to be appreciative of the diversity of food in Singapore and around the world. They will also learn how to make informed food choices and consumer decisions.
